PROCESS

  • Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the core goal of the tool and the specific questions users needed it to answer.

  • Translated those findings into user stories, then reviewed them with the team to confirm all key use cases were captured.

  • Built low-fidelity wireframes to map out the tool's structure and flow, reviewing with the team to refine direction before moving into visual design.

  • Dug into the underlying dataset to understand its structure and nuances, which shaped smarter, more useful visualizations and filtering options.

  • Created detailed documentation for the development team, outlining the data displayed and filters available on each page, along with the source tables behind them.
